Dryer Duct Maintenance

It is important to keep your dryer venting ducts neat and clean, a buildup of lint in the duct can cause a fire. Even if it doesn’t cause a fire, a buildup can put more strain on your dryer by causing backpressure which leads to slow drying times and shortens the lifespan of your dryer.  All you have to do is follow some simple steps and have the proper equipment on-hand: a vent brush and a vacuum cleaner with a hose attachment.
